Growing up in the ag industry, I always wanted to be an auctioneer...

At the age of 18 I went to the Missouri Auction School in Kansas City Missouri. However, by starting a brand new business, it was a real challenge to get auctions.  But with a lot of hardwork and dedication I finally conducted my very first auction in 1994 right here in Boonville, Indiana. 

In 1997 was a kick off year by having the first Farm Consignment Auction at the Warrick Co. 4-H Center.  That was the year that Dimmett Auction Service had its first big year of auctions.

Since that time DAS has grown, conducted 100's of auctions, and helped many people just like you over the years.  Believe me when I tell you that is something that I am very proud of. Once you sign decide to use Dimmett Auction Service, I take care of all the up-front expenses. Our percentages will cover the costs of our crew, setup, advertising and signage in the tri-state. We will advertise your items or property in all major local papers, magazines, websites, and put up signage that is sure to bring an average of 120 – 180 motivated buyers at each auction.
